1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the FamilyTime application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the app.

2. User Accounts and Family Groups

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You are also responsible for all activities that occur under your account. The creator of a Family Group has administrative control over who is invited and who can view the content shared within the group.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use FamilyTime to:

• Upload, share, or distribute any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or invasive of another's privacy.
• Impersonate any person or entity.
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the app or the servers and networks connected to the app.

4. Intellectual Property

You retain all ownership rights to the content (photos, notes, events) you upload to FamilyTime. By uploading content, you grant FamilyTime a license strictly limited to hosting and displaying that content to your authorized family members in order to provide the service.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the app at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users of the app, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

6. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this document.
